Trust in Luton have today been informed by LTFC Chief Executive John Mitchell that David Pinkney's takeover of the club is "imminent". The previous news was that it was expected to be completed by Monday 4 June. It is understood that Mitchell and Pinkney have been attending a Football League seminar in Portugal this week.
Mitchell also stated that the club will be holding a press conference on Thursday 14 June, which is the same day as the Football League release the 2007/08 fixtures.
