Goodbye and Hello!
Following on from Tuesday's announcement that LTFC 2020 Ltd have exchanged contracts to purchase Luton Town Football Club, 2020 Bid Team members Stephen Browne and Gary Sweet have stepped down from the Trust in Luton Board to concentrate on completing the takeover. We would like to express our immense gratitude for the huge effort that they have put in throughout their involvement with TiL, particularly over the last few months where they have worked tirelessly on the 2020 bid to secure the future of the club. We will no doubt continue to work very closely with Stephen and Gary in future and would urge all fans to fully support the new owners, the playing staff and management team as the 2020 team begin the huge task of re-building the club.
This also has the knock on effect of leaving the Trust short of Board members, and would invite anybody interested in joining the TiL Board to email us at info@trustinluton.org as soon as possible.
