"Give me time to prepare something....."

Following on from my statement of 4 September, I can confirm that I have been in contact with Mr Pinkney over the past two weeks but, as of today, unfortunately, TiL still do not have access to the accounts and other information we have requested.

Mr Pinkney has agreed that we will get the information and has requested time ‘to prepare something’. At this stage we do not know what form that will take or, indeed, how long it will take. To confirm our verbal conversations, I have written to Mr Pinkney and his colleagues today (21 September 2007) clearly detailing the position of TiL and reiterating our request so that there can be no misunderstanding thereby allowing this situation to be resolved urgently.

Next Saturday I will update you further on any progress we have made with the club.

On a separate note, I would like to welcome all the new members that have joined TiL over the past few weeks and thank the existing and new members that have made generous donations. With your support we can help make Luton Town Football Club great again.
