TRUST IN LUTON BACKS CALL FOR MEETING

The Trust has publicly backed the Luton On Sunday in their campaign for all parties to sit round the table and thrash out an agreement on the way ahead for a new stadium for Luton Town Football Club.

The Trust and LoS will be sending invitations to the Football Club, Luton Borough Council, South Beds District Council, Mid Beds District Council, Bedfordshire County Council, all the local Members of Parliament, supporters' groups, and major landowners in the vicinity, and will be regularly updating this website with the replies. It is intended that the meeting will be held before the May elections.

TiL Chairman Liam Day said "It is vital that all the relevant parties work together to ensure that LTFC has a new stadium to be proud of. We hope that by bringing all the parties together around one table we can encourage a spirit of better communication between them, and hope that all political and personal differences can be put aside for the good of the club."
